Marketing Manager

We are RobosizeME, a young technology firm from the heart of Olomouc in the Czech Republic, with entities in the United States and Sofia in Bulgaria. We are creating a better world for the hospitality industry. We provide our clients with all-inclusive services in automation and robotization of routine processes in the hospitality industry. We are now looking for an energetic and creative partner with experience in the B2B sector marketing to join our friendly team and take our external communications, social media, and marketing to the next level.

JOB Description

  • Regular and consistent company brand and presence through external communications like social media, PR, website, advertisement to drive brand awareness, brand consistency and inbound leads.
  • Working with the designer to create marketing materials.
  • SEO - search engine optimization.
  • Social media and website analysis (Google Analytics, Data studio).
  • Continuous improvement of our website in collaboration with the designer.
  • Coordinate event activities at international conferences.
  • Handle production of company branded marketing materials.
  • Working closely with colleagues in Business Development & Sales.
  • Collaboration on the development of the company's marketing strategy.
  • Reporting to the CEO.

ideal candidate

  • Has a strong desire to tell the story of the company and maintain a consistent brand with a broad international audience that is consistent with our current and target customer base.
  • Has a deep understanding of how to use social media and PR for B2B enterprise sales.
  • Is open to learning the hospitality and travel space and the particulars of marketing to those customers along with their buying cycles.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B marketing role with a focus on online and social media. Experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, tourism) is a big advantage!
  • Is creative and have good copywriting skills are an advantage.
  • Is meticulous, has great organizational and communication skills, is independent.
  • Speaks and writes English very well.
  • Actively seeks solutions to problems and thinks one step ahead, is reliable.
  • Has basic experience working with graphics programs (Indesign, Photoshop) and video editing (e.g. Premier Pro) is an advantage.
