RPA Developer

Job description

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand business processes and create process models
• Perform detailed analysis of business workflows, identify automation opportunities, and recommend solutions
• Develop reusable components, scripts, and frameworks to drive efficiency in automation projects
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize UiPath workflows to ensure smooth functionality
• Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions, ensuring they remain efficient and scalable
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs
• Test and deploy automated workflows in production environments
• Monitor and maintain automation scripts to ensure high availability and performance
• Provide technical support for RPA processes post-implementation
• Stay updated on UiPath platform upgrades, best practices, and emerging trends in RPA technology

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UiPath Developer (2+ years)
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools
• Proficiency in developing complex automations, integrating with APIs, and utilizing UiPath activities
• Experience with API integrations and working with web services (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with workflow analysis, process design, and solution documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of scripting languages like VB.NET, C#, or Python (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

• UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer)
• Experience with Power Automate/Power Platform
• Familiarity with Azure services, Logic Apps, and cloud-based automation solutions
• Knowledge of JavaScript and Python for scripting and automation integration
• Exposure to other RPA platforms or tools
• Experience with machine learning, AI, or intelligent automation
