IT Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client-Facing Project Manager to join our rapidly growing start-up, specializing in hotel automation solutions using AI and intelligent process automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple IT software projects, particularly in mobile app delivery, and will be comfortable working with high-profile clients across Europe and North America.

JOB Description

Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of 5-7 parallel projects, each with an average duration of 3-6 weeks.
Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Process Creation: Develop and implement efficient processes for project onboarding and off boarding.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage issues as they arise.
Keep track of projects profitability, preparing PnLs
Able to manage a project to a budget or do a project burn down

ideal candidate

Experience: Minimum of four years in client-facing project management, with at least two years in mobile app delivery (or anything similar)
Experience with AI/RPA projects is an advantage
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT general concepts and cloud-based technologies.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Client Management: Experience working with clients in Europe and North America.- Start-Up Experience: Comfortable working in a rapidly growing, investor-backed start-up environment.
Experience with waterfall delivery
