Since 2022, Story Hospitality has been working with RobosizeME to implement process automations across its hotel chain, focusing on reducing manual workload and improving operational accuracy.

Challenge

Story Hospitality was facing delays in payment reconciliation and spending significant time on manual operational tasks, including rate code updates and commission tracking. These activities required ongoing manual effort and increased the risk of reporting discrepancies.

Recipes Cost Updates
An automation that simplifies the synchronization of recipe costs between Adaco Fourth and Oracle’s Enterprise Management Console, reducing manual updates and allowing staff to focus on higher-value tasks.

Commission Tracker
An automation designed to help the revenue management team track commissions due to various partners, minimizing the risk of reporting errors.

Payment Reconciliation Automation
The most recently implemented automation reconciles payments made through a global fintech solution directly in the client’s PMS, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of discrepancies.
