RobosizeME’s crew is made up of hospitality as well as tech experts. Many of us even know our way around both fields.
That means, we realise how tedious manual credit card checks are because we’ve done them. We also know how long rate code updates take because they used to be our job.
That’s why we’re dedicated to help you find a better way.

And our hospitality experience combined with training and certification in process automation and Lean Six Sigma gives us the skills for that. Then there’s our tech team. Combined, they’ve been involved in hundreds of system integration and automation projects – all related to the hospitality industry.

In short: we understand hospitality processes and have the tools and know-how to improve them.

Currently Chief Information Officer and member of the management board at Kempinski Hotels S.A., van Santen’s hands-on hotel experience will support RobosizeME in its mission to provide technology which positively impacts the real-world experiences of guests and hotel operations teams.

Simone Puorto will draw upon his technology innovation experience. In partnership with Hospitality Net, Puorto organised Polybius, the first travel and hospitality gathering in the Metaverse in May 2022, which has become an anticipated quarterly event.
