Technical Director

• Develop and execute the company’s overarching IT and technology strategy in line with RobosizeME’s mission.
• Lead the IT/technology department, ensuring collaboration across automation, integration, quality assurance and infrastructure team members.
• Build scalable product and client delivery processes.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems supporting AI and digital worker automation.
• Ensure robust security, compliance, and scalability of IT systems.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends to adopt innovative technologies that enhance service delivery.
• Identify potential technical risks related to automation, integrations, or infrastructure, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Implement best practices for IT operations, including incident management, system monitoring, and uptime reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, with a broad understanding of cloud architecture, IT security, machine learning and LLM, and automation software development practices..
• Strong understanding of architecture, design principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python Java Script.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
